Education Programs:
*Good Old Days and Old Times programs: Education Volunteers help with hands-on programs showing life 100 years ago. This program has been presented to school groups and retirement homes, in library summer programs and centennial celebrations. Come dressed in olden-time clothing!

*Remember When programs: Education Volunteers show the patriotic and nostalgic 1940s to retirement home residents and to children's groups. Come dressed for the era and excite people about these gone-by days.

*Past Times: Special programming geared to school children, scout groups, church children, and after-school classes. Topics range from sea creatures to birds, from halloween to stocking stuffers. Volunteers plan the activities and help with the crafts and games.

*Green Thumbs: Our children's gardening program. Volunteers needed to help with tending the gardens and with presenting the garden topics to the children. Lots of fun with the payoff in children's smiles.

    Hospitality:

*Volunteers who enjoy cooking and decorating are needed! Prepare the treats for our lectures. Organize the carry-in and pot-luck dinners. Show your creativity in decorating tables and serving areas.

*Volunteers needed to be help Meet and Greet the public when we have our holiday events, such as Harvest Hoedown and Egg Nog Thursdays, or for our special events, such as our lectures and Senior Expo booth. We need gracious people!
